You were right

That was always my excuse.
I'd rather crawl under a duvet
and have a date with a novel.
Oh they're beautiful.
They take you away,
to far away places.
But yesterday,
I found you were right.
Books, wonderful creations
though they are,
-cannot love.

    Intriguing, again. In life, the optimal thing is to keep a balance on the pendulum. A lil bit of this and a lil bit of that makes a whole lot sense.

    Why, it reads like me,I've done that, I do it, it's some form of an escape for me from all the madness,it's a good shut-out when I want to be left alone but I agree with you dear a book, or staying under covers cannot love
